Steamed Cod Fish

1 portion


1 tbsp

Brown sugar

1 tbsp

Light soy sauce

2 tbsp

Hot water

1 tsp

Whitebait powder

1 tbsp


To taste

Garlic oil

Chopped green onion



  1. Clean cod and pat dry.⁣
  2. In a separate bowl, add in water, sugar, light soy sauce and Whitebait powder. Mix well. Pour in the plate with Cod Fish. Add the wolfberries. ⁣
  3. Steam for about 15 minutes. ⁣
  4. Pour the hot garlic oil over fish, garnish with golden brown garlic and chopped green onions. Serve with a bowl of rice.⁣
