Steamed Cod Fish

Light soy sauce |

Hot water |

Whitebait powder |

Wolfberries |
To taste |
Garlic oil |
Chopped green onion |
Method:
- Clean cod and pat dry.
- In a separate bowl, add in water, sugar, light soy sauce and Whitebait powder. Mix well. Pour in the plate with Cod Fish. Add the wolfberries.
- Steam for about 15 minutes.
- Pour the hot garlic oil over fish, garnish with golden brown garlic and chopped green onions. Serve with a bowl of rice.
