Savoury Salmon Pancakes

Salmon

1 tbsp

Black pepper

To taste

Chives

Mushrooms

1.5 Cups

Korean pancake Powder

1.5 Cups

Cold water

¼ tsp

Salt

1 tbsp

Vegetable oil

 

Method:

  1. Cut chives, mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Slice salmon and marinate with black pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix 1½ cup of buchimgaru (Korean pancake powder), 1½ cup of cold water, and ¼ teaspoon of salt thoroughly.
  4. Add chives, mushroom and salmon into the pancake mix. Mix gently.
  5. Coat a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Pour about ⅓ cup of the pancake batter with vegetables in the pan. Spread vegetables out evenly to make a thin layer. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
