Savoury Salmon Pancakes

Method:
- Cut chives, mushrooms into small pieces.
- Slice salmon and marinate with black pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix 1½ cup of buchimgaru (Korean pancake powder), 1½ cup of cold water, and ¼ teaspoon of salt thoroughly.
- Add chives, mushroom and salmon into the pancake mix. Mix gently.
- Coat a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Pour about ⅓ cup of the pancake batter with vegetables in the pan. Spread vegetables out evenly to make a thin layer. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
