Salmon shreds in creamy sauce with konjac tagliatelle

Salmon shred (thawed) |

Konjac noodles (rinsed well) |

Method:
- Add the avocado oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to the salmon shreds and leave to rest.
- In a pan, heat your olive oil and add in the garlic & red chilli.
- Once fragrant, toss in the salmon and cook quickly, this will take about 2 minutes. Add in the creme fraiche and season with salt if needed.
- Once the mixture is heated, add in the tagliatelle mix well and sprinkle over the parsley and parmesan. Add in extra chilli flakes & black pepper if you wish.
