Salmon shreds in creamy sauce with konjac tagliatelle

Serves (no. of pax): 1 pax

Salmon shred (thawed)

2 tbsp

Avocado oil

1 tsp



Black pepper

1 tsp

Garlic powder

2 tbsp

Extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp

Minced garlic


Red chilli (minced)

2 tbsp

Chopped parsley

1/2 cup

Creme fraiche

1 packet

Konjac noodles (rinsed well)

To taste

Parmesan cheese



  1. Add the avocado oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to the salmon shreds and leave to rest.
  2. In a pan, heat your olive oil and add in the garlic & red chilli.
  3. Once fragrant, toss in the salmon and cook quickly, this will take about 2 minutes. Add in the creme fraiche and season with salt if needed.
  4. Once the mixture is heated, add in the tagliatelle mix well and sprinkle over the parsley and parmesan. Add in extra chilli flakes & black pepper if you wish.
