Steamed Sea Bass with Lime and Garlic

Method:
- Steam the sea bass for 10-15 mins ( depending on the size of the fish.
- Heat the chicken stock until boiled. Add in sugar and stir until it has dissolved completely. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add garlic, chilli, fish sauce, lime juice and celery. Stir gently.
- Once the fish is done, pour the sauce over the fish and garnish it with celery leaves. Enjoy with steamed rice.
