Steamed Sea Bass with Lime and Garlic

Serves (no. of pax): 2-3 pax

1 whole 

Seabass 500-700g 

250ml 

Chicken stock

2 tbsp

Sugar

8 tbsp

Lime juice

6 tbsp

Fish sauce

4 tbsp

Chopped garlic

5

Chopped red chilli

1 stalk

Celery

 

Method:

  1. Steam the sea bass for 10-15 mins ( depending on the size of the fish.
  2. Heat the chicken stock until boiled. Add in sugar and stir until it has dissolved completely. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add garlic, chilli, fish sauce, lime juice and celery. Stir gently.
  3. Once the fish is done, pour the sauce over the fish and garnish it with celery leaves. Enjoy with steamed rice.
