Honey Garlic Salmon

Serves (no. of pax): 2-3 pax
Difficulty Level: Easy

Skin On Salmon Fillet

3 Cloves

Garlic, Minced 

1 Tbsp

Mixed Herbs 

½ Tbsp

Dijon Mustard 

2 Tbsp

Honey

To taste

Salt

Pepper

Lemon

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, mixed herbs, dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper and honey.
  3. Pat Skin On Salmon Fillet dry with paper towel and place on a bed of lemon slices on baking paper. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread honey garlic mixture evenly over salmon and top with more lemon slices.
  5. Seal the baking paper over the salmon and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Unwrap parcel and bake for 3 more minutes

Note: Baking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillet. Cook until he fish is opaque in the middle and flakes easily.
