Honey Garlic Salmon

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, mixed herbs, dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper and honey.
- Pat Skin On Salmon Fillet dry with paper towel and place on a bed of lemon slices on baking paper. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spread honey garlic mixture evenly over salmon and top with more lemon slices.
- Seal the baking paper over the salmon and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Unwrap parcel and bake for 3 more minutes
Note: Baking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillet. Cook until he fish is opaque in the middle and flakes easily.
