Garlic Butter Baked Cod

Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, butter, minced garlic, minced parsley and chilli flakes.
- Pat Cod fillet dry with a paper towel and place on sliced lemon in a baking dish.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spread garlic butter evenly over Cod fillet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Note: Baking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillet. Cook until the fish is opaque in the middle and flakes easily.
