Tom Yum Clams Pasta

1 Tbsp 

Olive Oil

4 Cloves

Sliced Garlic

2 Tbsp

Spring Onion, white part

1 Tbsp

Tom Yum Paste

¾ Cup

Fresh Milk


Cooked White Clams 


Linguine Pasta


Spring Onion



  1. Heat up olive oil in a pan.
  2. Fry garlic, spring onion and lemongrass till slightly brown.
  3. Add tom yum paste and milk. Mix well till it dissolves.
  4. Add Cooked White Clams and pasta that has been cooked till 80%. Cook till pasta is al dente and has absorbed the sauce.
  5. Garnish. 

Note: This makes one huge portion of creamy tom yum pasta. I taste along the way. Adjust the amount of paste and milk to your preference.
