Tom Yum Clams Pasta

Method:
- Heat up olive oil in a pan.
- Fry garlic, spring onion and lemongrass till slightly brown.
- Add tom yum paste and milk. Mix well till it dissolves.
- Add Cooked White Clams and pasta that has been cooked till 80%. Cook till pasta is al dente and has absorbed the sauce.
- Garnish.
Note: This makes one huge portion of creamy tom yum pasta. I taste along the way. Adjust the amount of paste and milk to your preference.
