Popcorn Squid

Squid Flowers, Halved |

Soy Sauce |

Tapioca Starch |
Method:
- Marinate Squid Flowers with all ingredients above (except tapioca starch) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Add tapioca starch to the dish, dredge marinated squid and shake off any excess.
- Heat oil in a pan, then shallow fry squid on batches, turning each piece to cook evenly.
- When the Squid Flowers turns light brown, remove and drain on a kitchen towel.
- Serve immediately.
