Butter Corn Rice with Unagi

Japanese Rice, rinsed and soaked |
1 Cup |
Dashi Stock |
2 Knobs |
Butter |

Method:
- Add Japanese rice, Dashi Stock, Corn and cob into the rice cooker pot. Cook Rice as per normal.
- When rice is cooked, remove cob. Add butter and close lid for 1 min to warm butter up. Mix well.
- Air-fry Unagi Kabayaki Fillet for around 10 mins at 180 degrees.
