Butter Corn Rice with Unagi

Ingredients

200g

Unagi Kabayaki Fillet

1 Cup 

Japanese Rice, rinsed and soaked

1 Cup

Dashi Stock 

2 Knobs

Butter

Corn

 

Method:

  1. Add Japanese rice, Dashi Stock, Corn and cob into the rice cooker pot. Cook Rice as per normal.
  2. When rice is cooked, remove cob. Add butter and close lid for 1 min to warm butter up. Mix well.
  3. Air-fry Unagi Kabayaki Fillet for around 10 mins at 180 degrees.
