Garlic Crabmeat with Ebiko Fried Rice

Method:
- Cook Japanese rice the night before using 1:1 water:rice ratio. Cool down and keep it inside the fridge.
- Heat up oil in a pan and add beaten eggs. Lightly cook the eggs and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add more oil and garlic. Stir-fry garlic till brown.Add onions and stir-fry till translucent.
- Add peeled crabmeat and mix well.
- Add cooked rice, pepper and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Switch off the heat, add in edamame and Ebiko Roe and give it a good mix.
Note: Squeeze out excess liquid from the crabmeat before cooking it.
