Asian Style Baked Rice

2 bowls

Fried rice (Use any ingredients you like, @sandy_kooks added egg, broccoli, scallops, prawns and sotong)

Seafood chowder

To taste

Mozzarella Cheese

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Fill up 1/2 of the bowl with fried rice.
  3. Add in Seafood Chowder.
  4. Top it off with cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
