(A) |

Cornstarch |

Shaoxing wine |

Light soya sauce |

½ tsp |
Oyster sauce |

Method:
- Marinate fish slices with (A) ingredients.
- Heat up oil in a pan.
- Add in ginger, fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add in fish slices and stir fry till it is almost cooked.
- Add in mixed sauce from (B).
- When sauce bubbles, add in scallions. Stir fry it 3-5 times and turn off the heat.
