Cereal premix |

Chilli padi (optional) |

Curry leaves |
Method:
- To make the squid batter, season with some salt, pepper. Dip squid in egg and coat it with some rice flour.
- Deep Fry Squid until golden brown, set aside.
- In another pan, melt butter and add in curry leaves and chilli padi. Fry until the curry leaves are dry and crispy.
- Add in the packet cereal mixture and fry for about 30 seconds. Be careful not to burn the cereal.
- Add in fried squids and you are done!
