200g 

Squid Flower

Preference

Salt

Pepper

Egg

Rice Flour

1 packet

Cereal premix

1 tbsp

Butter

2

Chilli padi (optional)

5-7 piece

Curry leaves

 

Method:

  1. To make the squid batter, season with some salt, pepper. Dip squid in egg and coat it with some rice flour.
  2.  Deep Fry Squid until golden brown, set aside.
  3.  In another pan, melt butter and add in curry leaves and chilli padi. Fry until the curry leaves are dry and crispy.
  4. Add in the packet cereal mixture and fry for about 30 seconds. Be careful not to burn the cereal.
  5. Add in fried squids and you are done!
