Angkar prawns

Ang Kar Prawns

5 cloves

Garlic

Onion, sliced

2 tbsp

Butter

½ tbsp

Mustard seeds

¼ cup

Water 

 

Method:

  1. Chop up 5 cloves of garlic and slice 1 onion. Add to pan with 2 tbsp butter, 0.5 tbsp mustard seeds, and cook till onions are soft (~5 min).
  2. Add in angka prawns and pan fry till prawns are no longer translucent. When pan looks dry, add in 0.25 cup of water - this will turn into a delicious gravy with all the flavour of the onion, garlic and prawns.
  3. Serve!
