Method:
- Make Takoyaki batter by mixing flour, egg and water.
- Heat up Takoyaki pan and brush oil in each hole.
- Pour batter in and add a piece of Japanese Octopus into each hole.
- Add spring onion, tempura crunch and picked red ginger.
- Turn the balls and continue to add batter to fill up the holes.
- Brush Takoyaki balls with oil if needed.
- Once the exterior is crispy, remove and top with Takoyaki sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, bonito flakes and spring onion.
