Scallops

To taste

Shiitake Mushrooms

Chicken Stock

Oyster Sauce

Garlic

Ginger

Broccoli

Carrots

 

Method:

  1. Braise these plump Scallops with Shiitake mushrooms in chicken stock, oyster sauce, garlic and ginger.
  2. Lightly blanch the broccoli and carrots.
  3. Assemble everything together and we get a tasty umami laden dish.
