Spicy Garlic Sriracha Prawns

Method:
- Pat dry Jumbo Prawns and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Add olive oil to the pan, and pan-fry the prawns until almost cooked and set aside.
- Add garlic, sriracha and lime juice to the pan.
- When the sauce starts to sizzle, add in prawns and toss to coat with the sauce.
