Spicy Garlic Sriracha Prawns

Jumbo Prawns

5

Garlic Cloves, Minced

5 Tbsp

Sriracha

½ 

Lime, Juiced

To Taste

Salt

Pepper

Olive Oil

 

Method:

  1. Pat dry Jumbo Prawns and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  2. Add olive oil to the pan, and pan-fry the prawns until almost cooked and set aside.
  3. Add garlic, sriracha and lime juice to the pan.
  4. When the sauce starts to sizzle, add in prawns and toss to coat with the sauce.
