Smoked Salmon Pâté

200 gr

Sliced smoked salmon 

75 gr

Cream cheese

1/2 tsp

Lemon juice

Some

Lemon zest (optional)

Sprinkle

Sea salt & black pepper 

 

Method:

  1. Place all in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times till pâté forms (make sure there are some chunks left).
  2. Adjust the taste (add more lemon juice if you prefer).
