Scallops Half Shell
Half Shell Scallops (Frozen)
- Great for grilling and baking
Toss together some butter, garlic, parsley and salt.
Distribute the mixture evenly on to the flesh of the scallop and top it with a pinch of slivered almonds or bread crumbs.
Pop them into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
