Storage: Keep frozen at -18 degrees Celsius. Good for up to 6 months when frozen.To use: Place frozen meat in the chiller to thaw overnight, or remove from freezer at least 2-3 hours before use.
Instructions: Do not refreeze and to be consumed within 3 days from date of thawing.

YG also refers to Yearling which means a young cattle aged between 18-30 months. YG beef is tender, light and juicy because of its marbling of fats coming from support muscle that is less worked compared to regular full grown cattle.
