Black Pepper Tuna Tataki Loin
Tuna Tataki Loin (Frozen)
- Comes in 3 sizes (Approximately 350g/ 500g/ 1kg)
- Comes Frozen
- Comes unsliced as a block of tuna
- Seasoned generously with black pepper
1. Remove Tuna Loin from freezer to thaw.
2. Coat pan slightly with oil and turn heat to high. Sear each side for 18-25 seconds till you see a nice seared trimming (2-3mm thick) around the tuna.
3. Let it cool before slicing them into individually pieces. Pair it with a citrus based sauce.
