They can be served in many ways, try topping the mussels with tomato, lemon garlic butter or pesto or cook them completely in a tomato pasta dish. Fresh Green Lipped Mussels have a plump meat with a sweet, tender taste.

How to use: To thaw, place the mussels in the fridge for 5-8 hours.
Bake at 160°C for 5-7 minutes OR Cook on the BBQ or grill for 2-5 minutes OR Steam in a pot with a tight lid for 2-3 minutes.
How to:
Add butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl. Distribute mixture evenly on top of the mussels and bake them in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 6 minutes.
