Red Grouper Fish With Ginger And Scallion 姜葱鱼片

Difficulty Level: Easy

Ingredients:

Ingredients

5-7 slices

Ginger

2 stalk

Scallion cut into strips

~ 2 tbsp 

Olive oil

(A)

200g

Red Grouper Fish Slice

1 tsp

Cornstarch

1 tsp

Shaoxing wine

(B)

1/2 tsp

Light soya sauce

½ tsp

Oyster sauce

1 tsp

Sugar

A few dashes

White Pepper

1 tsp

Sesame Oil

3 tbsp

Water

 

Method:

  1. Marinate fish slices with (A) ingredients.
  2. Heat up oil in a pan.
  3. Add in ginger, fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add in fish slices and stir fry till it is almost cooked.
  5. Add in mixed sauce from (B).
  6. When sauce bubbles, add in scallions. Stir fry it 3-5 times and turn off the heat.
  7. Enjoy!~
