Wild caught fish takes center stage this September. The Fassler Green Line is new - yet it is so old - we have been doing it since day one. These are actually the products we started of with. Smoked King Mackerel, Smoked Red Striped Marlin and Smoked Pepper Mackerel where the first products featured in our product list 15 years ago. They have been around all the time, packed in 1 to 5 kg packets, with very regular sales to our loyal cliental. New is the packing size. Wild caught fish, vacuum packed in the attractive green plastic pouch, is now available for retail.
Here are a few products - readily available. Other smoked wild caught fish products can be packed to order.

The experts and certifying bodies have not yet made up their minds. The USFDA and other bodies certifying organic farms are still debating on the criteria's governing the certification of seafood farms. So far there is no certified farmed seafood. Should all wild caught seafood be called Organic? Well, the experts have not come to a conclusion on this subject.
