Wild caught salmon has, compared to his farm raised brother, a much lower fat content. Yes, fish oils are said to be very healthy but not everybody likes his salmon very oily. Here is where the wild catch comes in. Non-farm-raised-salmon are usually not suitable for cold smoking and we will not try to break tradition either. All our new products in the “wild range” are fully cooked. |
