Wild caught salmon has, compared to his farm raised brother, a much lower fat content. Yes, fish oils are said to be very healthy but not everybody likes his salmon very oily. Here is where the wild catch comes in.

Non-farm-raised-salmon are usually not suitable for cold smoking and we will not try to break tradition either. All our new products in the “wild range” are fully cooked.

Canadian Wild Catch Smoked Salmon, in skinless boneless tranches are d delicacy not only to the Canadians but all around the world.

Candied Salmon  (Canadian Specialty) -its not a jerky. No, its not a jerky. No, not a sweet jerky either.  OK, its almost a jerky. This product can be made available produced from either wild catch or farm raised salmon or even ocean trout.

Savory Smoked Salmon Bits will add tremendous flavour to your Cesar salad. We are able to produce this product for retail as well as for the large catering consumer.
