New products

 

After doubling up our production and packing space we now look into creating new range of products with an eye on the more budget conscious customers of ours.

The target of this project!

To create a range of new and exciting products using the Saba Mackerel. The products have to be boneless for our customers safety.

The unique flavour of this much loved small fish, combined with Asian and Middle Eastern spices, can become great products most suitable for cold and main course dishes.

We intend to have these products made available single vacuum packed, bulk layer packed and portion cut to our customers requirements.

The products have to be afordable
